Parent coaching plans allow for parents to send any number of emails, text, voice or video messages to the coach 7 days a week. The parent coach will reply 1x daily to the parent via email, text, voice or video message. Coaches will reply to parents 5 days a week on days agreed upon between parent and coach. The live video sessions will be scheduled between the coach and the parent and will occur in a secure meeting room via the app Zoom.
